Aba's Falafel Sets Roots in Rhinebeck: Aba’s Falafels are crispy and crunchy on the outside and moist and crumbly on the inside. "It's a three-tiered presentation decorated on a cake plate," said Gina Aurisicchio, owner of the tea room.

The Hoot Owl - Cooking it up in Pine Bush: At Hoot Owl you’ll find typical comfort food pub fare--burgers, steak, mac and cheese along Tandoori Chicken, Murgh Makhani (Creamy Chicken Curry, Aloo Gosht (Indian Beef Stew) and Mediterranean specialties such as homemade hummus and Kebobs.
