Dutchess Outreach serves as a catalyst for community revitalization and as an advocate and provider of hunger and relief services in order to ensure that everyone, regardles of income, has acess to fresh, healthy, food and the support they need.
Phillies Bridge Farm Project
Our Food Justice Mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious and quality food; we strive for a more just local food system. We provide access to nutritious produce to low-income families while developing the interest and skill needed for creating lifelong healthy habits through farm visits and nutrition educations.
Meals on Wheels Rockland
Delivering nutritious meals to any Rockland resident who cannot shop or cook for themselves due to illness, physical disability or advanced age. We make sure A hot lunch and/or cold dinner are delivered weekdays between 10am-1pm 52 weeks per year including Holidays.
Our mission is to end hunger in Westchester County. As the heart of a network with more than 300 partners, we source and distribute food and other resources to towns across Westchester, helping to ensure that none of our neighbors are hungry
Land to Learn
Land to Learn (formerly Hudson Valley Seed) is growing a movement for food justice and community wellness through garden based education. Each year we reach more than 4000 elementary school students and providing them with education on eating healthy.
Helping Hands of Gardiner
At Helping Hands Food Pantry of Gardiner, we offer assistance to any family in our community that may be experiencing hard times. Each month, with the help of our donors, partners and volunteers we help over 250 families in our area facing food insecurity.
Poughkeepsie Farm Project
Our mission is to cultivate a just and sustainable food system in the Mid-Hudson Valley by providing access to fresh, locally grown food, training future farmers and providing hands-on educational programs.
