For a limited time, Angry Orchard has partnered with Brooklyn-based pie shop, Four & Twenty Blackbirds, to create Boozy Baked Apple Pies. A holiday classic with a twist, these pies are made with the Orchard’s Natural Baked Apple Pie Style Hard Cider, which launched this fall in the brand's Fall Haul Variety Pack. With sweet blend of apples paired with nutmeg, notes of creamy vanilla ice cream and topped off with buttery, baked flavors, the cider tastes just like a classic baked apple pie in a can.
The pie is made with two apple varieties grown at the Angry Orchard, Empire and Jonnamac, right here in the Hudson Valley and feature a silky cider-infused caramel sauce with a toasty, buttery oat crumble on top.
