Westchester resident Michael Pasqualini began his career as the founder of a prominent New York-based entertainment company, The Sound Express. He exported his talents to Miami, Florida, where he opened Onda Lounge, a South Beach hotspot that drew celebrity crowds. In 2008 he bought his expertise to Market Restaurant in Stamford, CT creating a nationally noted food and wine mecca. Market Restaurant earned Best New Restaurant and Overall Best Restaurant in Fairfield County 4 years in a row. Most recently Pasqualini collaborated with world-renowned restaurateur, Todd English. Pasqualini and Chef English were the exclusive caterers for Blade, a private jet company operating out of Westchester County and New York City. With this tag team, Blade was untouchable to competitors.
