If  you have kids, you might be thinking that reducing food waste can be a bit trick.  You want make sure they are getting the nutrients they need thrive and you also want them to try new foods.  Plus often one week they will love something and then the next, they don't!

In this video, Register Dietitian and Nutritionist and owner of Hudson Valley Kids Nutrition, Ninette Warner, shares with you her ideas on how to overcome some of these challenges.

Here are 10 simple things you can do to start cutting down on your food waste.

Take a look at the list and commit to implementing two of them.
Print out, circle the ones you will implement and put on your refrigerator. 
Want to implement more?  Do it!  We are certainly not going to stop you.
