Cooking for a Cause
Kick-Off Party: April 9th at 7:30
To Benefit
Chef Ric Orlando
Celebrate New Orleans cooking with Chef Ric Orlando and learn how to make his super authentic "Everything Gumbo".
This is the real deal baby! Slowly cooked, dark and earthy, OMG-delish stew. This is a dish you can mess around with your “Everything”. Got a little Gator, cooked duck or a leftover lobster? Throw it in!
But it is not a party without cocktails. Learn how to make the classic Sazerac to enjoy with your gumbo.
When you buy your tickets, we will send you a shopping list so you can purchase the ingredients. On the day of the event we will send you a Zoom invite. Cook along or just drink Sazeracs and follow along and cook gumbo when you feel like it.
Tickets are $50 with 100% of the net profits being donated equally between the non-profits.
Grab your beads, and help us work together to combat hunger, and "Laissez les bon temps rouler" (Let the good times roll)!
