About the Night

We have organized an evening to mingle with fellow restaurateurs in the Hudson Valley, while enjoying plant-based hors d’oeuvres and wine.  Chef, wine educator and founder of Menufacturers Sunny Gandara will demonstrate two simple, yet creative dishes to make using ingredients that will please not only a plant-based crowd, but anyone who appreciates great food.  

Dishes will be paired with wines courtesy of Vegan Wines, and founder and owner Frances Gonzalez will speak on the increased interest in wines that are free of animal by-products and what inspired her to start this venture

The evening will take place at Watergrasshill Bed & Breakfast in their state of the art kitchen cooking studio

 



Menufacturers LLC is a food and wine consulting firm founded by Sunny Gandara and Frances Gonzalez, both residents of the Hudson Valley.  They work globally with restaurants, cafes, bars and other eateries and watering holes on menu design, staff training and education.

Our mission is simple: to spread awareness and 100% plant-based offerings in eateries all over the world, and to help establishments increase their profits through offering a wider variety of plant-based options for their clientele. 

 

From creating a concept to kitchen set-up, recipe development, customer service and events, Menufacturers are 100% committed to making your venue known for food that pleases every palate!

 

Their company was founded by a distinct need in restaurants, knowing that it’s never enough to offer vegans just a ‘salad’ or a boring vegetable soup when they come to your place to dine. Plant-based eaters want creative, flavor packed and impressive looking dishes, just like your omnivore customers.  Likewise, this customer segment doesn’t want to speculate as to whether their glass of wine is vegan friendly or not and so Menufacturers also curate 100% plant-based wines as well.
