ABOUT THE CLASS
"Spring has sprung! Chef Brian Arnoff is going to take you deep into the Kitchen Sink archives for one of his favorite spring dishes, Spring Pea Lasagna This dish features a silky pea puree, pea and ramp pesto and your own homemade ricotta cheese. In 45 minutes he'll take you through the steps of making a lasagna like you have never had before, cooking peas to retain that fresh pop and use one of the Hudson Valley's best wild ingredients RAMPS.
Chef will also be pairing the dish with Newburgh Brewing Company's classic Cream Ale. As a Special Gift When You Register, Newburgh Brewing is buying your beer. Yes, when you buy a ticket, you will receive a free 4-pack of Crème Ale, which can be picked up at the brewery. All you have to do is show your Eventbrite registration.
HOW IT WORKS
Tickets are $50/household, which 100% of net proceeds are being donated to feed other families who may not have the money to put food on the table.
Classes are held live, via Zoom.

➋ A few days before the event you will receive a detailed shopping list and recipe.
➌ On the day of the event we will send you a special Zoom invite. The night of the event class will start promptly at 7 pm.
➍ Cook along with our the chef or just watch like you would your favorite cooking show

ABOUT BRIAN ARNOFF
Born and raised in the Hudson Valley Chef Brian Arnoff spent the first decade of his career working in some of the best kitchens in the country including for James Beard award winning chef Barbra Lynch and for the Four Seasons Hotels.
Ten years ago, Brian embraced his entrepreneurial spirt and opened a food truck, winning countless awards in Washington DC. Since then, he has gone on to open two critically acclaimed restaurants, Kitchen Sink and Meyers Olde Dutch, embracing his Hudson Valley Roots in Beacon NY.
ABOUT NEWBURGH BREWING COMPANY
Newburgh Brewing Company is a Craft Brewery in Newburgh founded in 2012. Since their debut, they have brewed over 100 styles of beers. They offer six “year-round” beers, the Cream Ale being one, and a large variety of seasonal and non-traditional brews. Overlooking the Hudson River, in a renovated 160-year-old factory building, their taproom is open Thursday – Sunday for a full dining experience, as well as a large selection of 4-packs and 6-pack of cans to go.
