What a great way to get ready for Father's Day! 

 

Learn how to grill the perfect steak with Sean, an award-winning pitmaster.  He will teach you trick that will bring you grilling to the next level.

Sean will be joined by Paul Halayko, co-owner of Newburgh Brewing Company, while pairing and incorporating their Brown Ale into some of his dishes.   As a Special Gift When You Register, Newburgh Brewing is buying your beer.  Yes, when you buy a ticket, you will receive a free 4-pack of Brown Ale, which can be picked up at the brewery.  All you have to do is show your Eventbrite registration.

Headliner; Steak au Poirve 

Dry Aged New York Strip with Newburgh Brewing Company Brown Ale peppercorn cream sauce, smoked potato salad. 

Bonus Attraction; Tomahawk Ribeye 
An easy way to feed a crowd, these made for “the Gram” flame grilled giants are a surefire way to make you the star of the backyard. Don’t be afraid to go viral with these shows stopping social media favorites. Just remember, the camera eats first! 
 

After Hours; Cast Iron Smores 

Toasted Marshmallow, melted chocolate, caramel drizzle in a cinnamon graham cracker crust

HOW IT WORKS

Tickets are $50/household, which 100% of net proceeds are being donated to feed other families who may not have the money to put food on the table. 

Classes are held live, via Zoom.

➊ Purchase your ticket.

➋ A few days before the event you will receive a detailed shopping list and recipe.

➌ On the day of the event we will send you a special Zoom invite. The night of the event class will start promptly at 7 pm.

➍ Cook along with our the chef or just watch like you would your favorite cooking show

➎ The classes are interactive, and the chefs love to answer your questions, so ask away and have fun!

Pitmaster Sean Keever is a self described meat geek, beef nerd, whiskey snob,  raconteur and reformed competition barbecue cook. 
 

Sean’s skills and mastery of the grill, barbecue and open fire cooking have earned  numerous awards at some of the world’s most prestigious cooking contests  including the Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue and the  American Royal World Series of Barbecue. 
 

Having spent more than fifteen years crossing the nation on the competitive  cooking trail, Sean brings his love of what he refers to as the “3 F’s; Friends, Fire  and Food” home to the Hudson Valley, sharing his skills, food and stories through  entertaining classes, catering and popup barbecue stands.
